Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Dear Valued Customer,

During the COVID-19 outbreak communication is key. At Interstate Transmission Center, we recognize that this is a difficult time for all of us. We are working hard to adjust our business practices while meeting your transmission repair needs. As part of our effort, we are constantly evaluating our operations in order to best serve you, our customers. Staying healthy is important while getting your car care from Interstate Transmission Center.

As Californians follow COVID-19 shelter-in-place and social distancing recommendations, we are all experiencing changes to the way we live and work. For older adults and those who have severe underlying health conditions, we ask that you please advise us prior to visiting our shop. We want to insure we are taking proper steps to reduce the spread and impact of the Coronavirus, while providing car care for all of our customers. If you are feeling sick or showing any symptoms of the virus, please do not come in to our shop. We will find a workable solution for you, just call us at (209) 538-2831.

Your Health & Wellbeing is important to us

Know that we are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees. We are adhering to CDC guidelines and World Health Organization recommendations, as well as California State Health Officials, and Stanislaus County Health Officials.

Additional precautions we are taking:

*Washing our hands frequently

*Sanitizing vehicles & keys with disinfectant as they arrive & leave our shop

*Sanitizing office surfaces

*Allowing payment over the phone once your vehicle is ready to be picked up.

***Note: At this time we are not offering complimentary share ride however we do offer tow-in service.
